Elizaveta Sidler
Research
My Ph.D. project is dedicated to biomineralization study using molecular modelling. Structural transitions, nucleation (crystallization) in water, and interaction with organic molecules are studied. MD simulation - brute force and advanced techniques (umbrella sampling and TPS) are the methods we apply, the main biomineral for research is calcium carbonate.
