Department of Materials Science and Engineering Faculty of Natural SciencesBackground and activities
Graduated from Materials Science and Engineering 5 year study program from NTNU spring 2020. Specialization in materials development and their use.
Master's thesis title: "Study and investigation of oxygen related defects in Czochralski silicon ingots". This was a joint project with the University of Bologna, Italy where I had a 3-month internship.
For my PhD-project I work with characterization of quartz crucibles used in the production of monocrystalline silicon. Some of my research objectives are: bubble growth, OH-content, impurities and viscosity.
