About Publications Outreach

About

I research decision-support models for maritime operations in uncertain environment.
My work combines optimisation theory, data-driven methods, and environmental knowledge to support safer, more sustainable, and economically viable maritime activities.

Core research areas

  • Optimisation under uncertainty

  • Operations research

  • Maritime logistics

Applications

  • Integrating climate and ice data into planning models

  • Transportation systems modelling

  • Shipping network analysis and design

Why it matters
Climate change brings both new risks and new opportunities. My research provides analytical tools to understand these changes and support responsible and resilient maritime operations.

Collaboration
I collaborate with industry, environmental and optimisation researchers, and public-sector stakeholders. Feel free to contact me regarding research cooperation, student supervision, or knowledge exchange.
