About

CV

I am currently a PostDoc Researcher focusing on risk-based decision support for autonomous marine systems and human supervisors. I have been Human-Autonomy Teaming research scientist and engineer with 10+ years developing and advancing adaptive systems that optimize human-machine collaboration. Specialized in human-autonomy teaming, teammate-likeness, adaptive systems, and operator state and performance assessment. Demonstrated success leading externally funded R&D programs, building human factors capabilities from ground-up, and delivering applied solutions across aerospace, defense, and autonomous system domains.

Competencies

  • Adaptive Systems
  • Autonomous Operations
  • Cognitive Systems Engineering
  • Human Factors
  • Human-Autonomy\AI Collaboration
  • Human-Centered System Design and Integration
  • Human-Machine Interaction
  • Operator State Monitoring Systems

Research

  • The Risk Group

ERC AdG - BREACH

Breaching the boundaries of safety and intelligence in autonomous systems with risk-based rationality (BREACH) develops human-like risk perception for risk-based decision-making and control in autonomous systems.
