- Leadership support and advisor in work environment matters, sick leave cases, personnel cases, and "speak up" cases
- Resource person in leadership development and leadership team development
- Strategic personnel planning – SPP (interdisciplinary with Finance, Education, Research, and Innovation)
- Resource person of BevisstPlan – staffing planning tool
- Member of the Inclusive Workplace (IA) network at NTNU and IA contact person at IE
