Research
My artistic practice intertwines instruments, DIY kinetic objects, text, technological tools, sounds, experimental notation, synthesizers, theory, live electronics, within events, performances, installations and scores. Often several of these works and practices are connected by a thread of conceptual investagation into larger artistic research projects. The various mediums, collaborations and formats of these practices opens up the possibilities of perspectives that can emerge.

Digital Boxes
Digital Boxes is a versatile digital instrument constructed from cigar boxes. With microphones, sensors & objects hidden inside, the instrument serves as a vessel for hiding/revealing material during the pieces that it interprets.

This is a series of works that explores the conceptual and sonic possibilities of using objects as physical filters.

Sonic Entangelments
This is a series of works (for performer-composer and notated compositions) using DIY kinetic objects that are manipulated live, enhanced with real-time electronics and samples, then blended with synthesizers to create textural polyphonic composition.
Sense Boxes
This interactive installation brings physicality back from the touch-less world of disembodied electroacoustic music asking the question “If you could touch a sound what would it feel like?”
Shadow Boxes
