Hege Therese Bell
About
My research interest lies at the intersection of social pharmacy / social medicine. My doctoral degree focused on qualitative aspects of appropriate drug use related to fall-risk-increasing drugs (FRIDs) in the elderly. By working both as a municipal pharmacist in Trondheim municipality, in addition to my position at NTNU, I am well placed in research field. To facilitate those who manage drugs in the primary health service is my primary tasks as a municipal pharmacist, and being able to use the research competence on various interventions related to drug management, drug deviations and teaching of nurses / social workers and other health professionals in the municipality is a win-win situation for both the municipality and my research.
