About

About PhD:

I am working on the development of sensors that will be used in fish farming on land. Land-based farming is developing rapidly and needs systems that monitor processes well enough. Sensors for metals (including Zn and Cu) are in demand in several parts of the land-based systems, in addition to other parts of the industry. The use of electrochemical measurement methods seems to be an opportunity for good measurements.

Educational Background:

Master of Science in Chemistry, Environment and Analytical Chemistry, NTNU (2012-2016)

Completed part-time at the same time as a job at Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST). Subjects included Advanced Aquatic Chemistry, Marine Organic Environmental Chemistry, and Ecotoxicology and Environmental Resources.

In my Master's thesis I looked at long-term variations of heavy metals in a salmon river with tributaries from areas affected by mining.

Bachelor of Engineering, Chemistry, Sør Trøndelag University College (HiST)

Bachelor's degree from HiST, with specialization in analytical chemistry and chromatography. The bachelor's thesis was written for SINTEF Materials and Chemistry within the topic of electrochemistry.
