Background and activities

Fields of research:

  • Genome-scale modeling of yeast metabolism. This is a part of the ERA-NET-project CoolWine  targeted at producing wine with lower alcohol content without harming the sensory properties.
  • Interactions and dynamics in aquatic microbial communities. Aimed at aquaculture and is a collaborration with ACMS.
  • GWAS differential gene expression
