I work as assistant professor in social work at NTNU. My professional background is as a qualified social worker with several years of work experience in administrative roles in social and child welfare services, refugees, school, crisis center and health care. I have many years of experience in the field of work inclusion, including international project work with youth.
I hold a master's degree in learning in working life and society, along with further education in counseling and mental health work, child welfare law, and pedagogy.
