As a Ph.D. candidate at SFU Engage, I am qualitatively researching nascent new venture teams and how they cope with, and handle, uncertainty in their team process. My supervisors are Roger Sørheim and Lise Aaboen. 

My background is in business, with a bachelor degree in International Business Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Upon working in several start-ups, I followed my passion for entrepreneurship with master degrees from TU Berlin in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability as well as a master's from NTNU in Entrepreneurship.
