## Teaching

I have been teaching various courses in the (M)GLU, KFK and Lærerspesialist programmes, as well as supervising bachelor and master students.

## Research

I am participating in the research project Reasoning and proving in primary education (ProPrimEd), and teaching and learning of reasoning and proving is my primary research interest at the moment.

## Background

I hold a master's degree in mathematics, teacher education (PPU) with mathematics and informatics and a PhD in algebra from NTNU. My PhD thesis was called *Derived categories of gentle and skewed-gentle algebras: A combinatorial approach* (2015). I have been in teacher education since 2015 and my current research is exclusively within the field of mathematics eduation.
