Lara Bromann
About
I am a PhD candidate within the research field of aquaculture at the Department of Biological Sciences at NTNU in Ålesund. I am holding a master’s degree in marine environmental sciences. I am also PhD coordinator at the Department of Ocean Operations and Civil Engineering.
In my current research I am taking a closer look at the effects of intensive aquaculture on numerous organisms and sea life living on and above the bottom near the sea cages in Norwegian fjords. Furthermore, I am interested in the fatty acid composition of various macroinvertebrates (e.g edible crab), which are influenced by fish farming sites.
