I am a PhD student in geography, interested in mountain geomorphology and cryosphere evolution under changing climate.
As part of the EU horizon project CryoSCOPE, my project focuses on glacier hazards evolution such as outburst floods and droughts in Norway and Switzerland. To that aim, I utilize and adapt advanced modelling tools alongside field data collection.
I have an interdisciplinary background in geography and environmental sciences and developed high interest in the fields of mountain geomorphology, glaciology, and geochronology. I gained experience in data collection in (remote) mountains regions, laboratory work, luminescence dating, data analysis, and glacier modelling.
