About

Marius Ulla Hatlehol holds a Master's degree in Electric Power Engineering from NTNU, Trondheim in 2019. For his master thesis, he worked on the topic of dynamic modeling and stability of onboard DC power systems in collaboration with Kongsberg Maritime and the  Marine Electrification Research Lab at NTNU. 
From 2019 to 2021, he worked with VARD Electro (part of Fincantieri Group). Since January 2021, he has been a Ph.D. student at the Department of Marine Technology working on the topic of robust control of hybrid power systems. The focus of his Ph.D. research is nonlinear control and large-signal stability of hybrid power- and propulsion systems.

More information can be found here. The Ph.D. is supported by the Centres for Research-Based Innovation (SFI) Smart Maritime.
