Planlagt studie: I PRO-FIT studien skal vi undersøke hvordan styrketrening og et høyt proteininntak påvirker vektnedgang, vedlikehold av muskelmasse, metabolisme, appetittregulering og livskvalitet.

Ferdig studie: Vi har undersøkt hvordan vekttap med diett og fedmekirurgi påvirker spiseadferd, belønningssystemet og appetitt-relaterte hormoner.
Smart Nutrition, Healthier Communities: A Digital Therapeutic Strategy for Early Obesity Intervention
Ferdig studie: Prosjektet undersøker effekten av digitalterapeut (DTx) og digitalt oppfølgingsverktøy i Frisklivssentralen Værnesregionen, og retter seg mot tidlig intervensjon for overvekt og fedme.
