Maureen Ijeoma Okolo holds a master’s degree in Pedagogy and Teaching for Sustainability from the University of Eastern Finland (UEF), and a bachelor’s in English education from Nasarawa State University, Nigeria (NSUK). With roots in Anambra State, Nigeria, she brings a unique blend of teaching experience from both Nigerian and Finnish classrooms. Her interests include inquiry-based learning, sustainability education, inclusive pedagogy, and curriculum development.
She is currently a PhD candidate at NTNU, exploring the role of artificial intelligence in higher education, focusing on the human-machine interface and its impact on learning and academic collaboration. Ijeoma is passionate about education that is inclusive, future-focused, and globally relevant.
