About

Meike Siefkes is a Phd candidate at the Norwegian university of science and technology. In her Phd, she focuses on the phenomenon of business angels investing in green start-up and their involvement after the investment. Specifically, Meike investigates how angel investors support their start-ups accelerate their sustainability performance and the role of investor learning in this context. In other projects, Meike researched incubators for sustainable entrepreneurship and venture capital firms aimed at cleantech investments. Meike holds a double degree M.Sc. In Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, and the Norwegian university of science and technology.
