I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. My research focuses on different early-stage investors for green start-ups, including venture capital firms, business angels, limited partners, impact investors, and incubators. During my Ph.D. (August 2021 to March 2025, financed by NTRANS), I researched business angels who invest in green start-ups and their hands-on involvement for the creation of economic and environmtenal value. I am particularly interested in investor learning and knowledge, applying learning theories and institutional logic theory.
Prior to my Ph.D., I pursued a double master in Entrepreneurship at NTNU and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at the Technical University of Berlin, where I also did a Bachelor in Sustainable Management. My prior work experience includes four years working at a German publishing house in various departments, academic consulting, and sustainability consulting.
