Meike Siefkes
About
I am a PhD candidate at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. I started my PhD in August 2021, financed by FME NTRANS (Norwegian Centre for Energy Transition Studies). Øyvind Bjørgum and Roger Sørheim are my supervisors.
My PhD project focuses on the phenomenon of business angels investing in green ventures.
Before the PhD, I pursued a double master in Entrepreneurship at NTNU and Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at the Technical University of Berlin, where I also did a Bachelor in Sustainable Management. My prior work experience includes four years working at a German publishing house in various departments, academic consulting, and sustainability consulting.
