I joined NTNU in October 2021 as a PhD candidate in Machado Lab and Elixir Norway.
Research
The goal of my research is a model-guided design of synthetic microbial communities for biotechnological applications. To achieve this goal, I am focused on reconstructing microbial metabolism, at a genome-scale, and integrating these reconstructions into a microbial community framework. In this context, my main fields of interest are metabolic models, synthetic communities, and microbial diversity.
