I am in charge of the circulation desk, associated services in the library and giving OPAC instruction. Answering general enquiries. Other responsibilities is updating the library`s textbook lists and the student assistants.
Background
I have a background in the service industry, and have worked at the GUC/NTNU library since 1999.
