Background and activities
NOTE: from now until August 2018, I am working remotely from Arizona, which is 9 hours earlier than Norway/most of Europe. I've also cut back my hours to just three days a week. That means if you need immediate help, you should contact one of my excellent colleagues in the Communication Division.
Otherwise, I'm an American science journalist with an 80% position at NTNU's Communication Division. I mainly write English-language news for geminiresearchnews.com, the online research magazine published by NTNU and SINTEF, Scandinavia's largest independent research institute. I alos produce English-language videos for the division.
In my free time I work as a freelance science journalist, mostly for publications in the US. You can see a selection of my work at contently.com.
