About

CV

I am a PhD candidate at the Soft and Complex Matter Lab within the Department of Physics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). My research focuses on advancing our understanding of soft matter and colloidal systems, specifically emphasising utilizing small-angle X-ray and Neutron Scattering (SAXS and SANS) techniques.

As part of the Pickfood project, I investigate the structural properties of food-grade emulsions and proteins, aiming to uncover new insights into their behaviour at different scales. My work relies on synchrotron radiation facilities to conduct high-resolution scattering experiments, allowing for detailed nanoscale interaction analysis in complex systems.

I hold a Master's degree in Physics, and my passion lies in exploring how the fundamental principles of physics apply to soft matter systems, with real-world implications for materials science, food science, and beyond.
