• Responsible for the operation of the EM laboratory at IMA, including training, method development, and maintenance of the JEOL IT800 and Hitachi S3400 SEM instruments, with associated detectors and other equipment.
• Responsible for the operation, training, and method development in the GD laboratory, focusing on the GDMS and GDOES instruments.
• Safety representative for the institute’s facilities in the Berg Building (333) and the Metallurgy Building (304), Alfred Getz vei 2 (AGV).
