Silje Liepelt
About
Silje Liepelt is a trained nurse anesthetist with extensive experience in emergency medicine in the specialist healthcare service. She was a leader in the specialist health service at the hospital in Molde (2011-2014), and she is now a Ph.D. research fellow in health science- subject area organization and management in the health service. She is an external member of the management group at the Institute for Health Management in Ålesud (IHA). She is committed to the local admissions committee that deals with the admissions of Ph.D. applications.
Research interests
Liepelt`s research interests are in health sciences and health systems. Here Ph.D. project explores healthcare personnel`s experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) after sentinel events in the specialist healthcare service.
