Senior Advisor at the Unit for Educational Quality

Currently working on the project KS 2.0 – further development of NTNU’s Quality System for Education. Responsibilities include upgrading tools for quality assurance processes in education (KASPER), developing quality indicators and data visualisations, as well as working with web pages and communication. I also have a special responsibility for exploring potential applications of artificial intelligence in the administration of the educational domain.

 

NTNU’s Graduate Survey

Workgroup leader for NTNU’s Graduate Survey (conducted in 2019, 2022 and 2025). This is the most comprehensive mapping of NTNU graduates’ employment situation after their studies, the transition to working life, and their experiences with employer contact during their studies.

Previous roles at NTNU

  • 2015–2025: Project Manager for NTNU’s employer engagement portal NTNU Bridge: main contact point for employers, development and operation of the digital matching portal, marketing, courses and events, as well as team leader for student assistants

  • 2017–2024: Advisor / Senior Advisor at NTNU Career

  • 2023–2024: Responsible for NTNU Alumni (Communications Department)

  • 2013–2017: Advisor at the Rector’s Staff for Innovation – collaboration with partners in the field of innovation (Technoport, Start NTNU, etc.), communication work, event support and support for student activities

  • 2013–2017: Concept developer and project manager for the events Fremtidscamp and Innovator

  • 2014–2015: Secondment at the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management (IØT) – coordinator for Venture Cup 2015, press contact for NTNU’s School of Entrepreneurship

 

Education

Master’s degree in Language and Communication from NTNU Dragvoll, specialising in philosophy. Additional education in event management (HiNT) and the business development programme Take-Off.
