Cand. psychol. University of Bergen 1983. Specialist in clinical child- and adolescent psychology 1995.  Ph.D in clinical medicine 2012.

Prior ecperience: Military psychologist 1984. School psychologist 1984-2001, community psychologist 2003-2004. Child psychiatry from 2001. Employed part-time at NTNU, in RBUP Midt from 1995, fulltime from 2004. Now in RKBU from 2013.

Part time position in child psychiatry. Leader of community and psychiatry services. 

Non-academic professional achievement

Planning the establishment of RBUP Midt, NTNU 1991-1992

Supervising the development of BAPP towards sustainable implementation: Network of preventive community services for children of parents with mental health or addiction problems. 2009: Full geographical coverage in Nord-Trøndelag county, partly in Møre and Romsdal and in Sør-Trøndelag. Groups 8-12 and 13-16, family-intervention.
