Research

Working on developing predictive models for transport coefficients, with a primary focus on revised Enskog theory, a variant of kinetic gas theory that can be used at high densities.

Also doing some work on thermodynamics for quantum fluids and interfacial thermodynamics using classical density functional theory (CDFT).

I have a passion for open source projects, so I am working on developing and maintaining several open source libraries where we make the models we develop in our research available. These libraries also form the backbone for the calculations we do in our research.

ThermoPack

Contributing to maintenance and development of the open thermodynamic library ThermoPack, which is used for thermodynamic calculations with a wide variety of equations of state.

KineticGas

Developing and maintaining the open library KineticGas, an implementation of revised Enskog theory for predicting transport coefficients in dilute and dense gas mixtures and pure gases.

SurfPack

Developing and maintaining the SurfPack library, a Python library for classical density functional theory (CDFT), which is used for calculations in interfacial thermodynamics
