About

CV

My research aims at enabling and accelerating the energy transition. I specialize in power systems modelling, optimization and analysis. My key research interests include power markets, sustainable energy systems, hydropower flexibility, and variable renewable energy sources integration.

My PhD focuses on implications of hydropower flexibility use on environmental impacts and power markets structures. This work is part of the SusHydro project, a NTNU Sustainability Initiative. The SusHydro project aims at identifying environmental tradeoffs, synergies, and opportunities in hydropower electricity generation through interdisciplinary collaboration.

I hold a M.Sc. in Energy Engineering and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, both from Polytechnique Montréal. I also have experience in the industry as I worked for more than three years for Hydro-Québec, one of the world's biggest hydropower producers.
