Xiangyu Quan
About
Xiangyu Quan is a Researcher and Project Manager at NTNU’s Department of Architecture and Planning, working with the Smart Sustainable Cities team. Her research explores inter-organizational collaboration in tackling complex societal challenges, including smart cities and eco-innovation within the broader context of sustainable development. She holds a PhD in Innovation Management from the University of Stavanger and has built a multicultural, interdisciplinary background through experiences in China, the US, France, Finland, and Norway. At NTNU, she works on impact pathways for the Re-Value project, driving sustainable urban transformation.
