About

I am an associate professor at the section for Nordic literature at the Department of Language and Literature at the Faculty of Humanities. I defended my dissertation at ELTE University in Budapest in 2009 with a thesis on Jon Fosse's early drama. From 2008 to 2022 I was employed at ELTE where I was responsible for teaching Norwegian and Nordic literary history, literary theory and Norwegian.  In my research work, I have worked extensively with drama and theater and I am, among other things, interested in reading texts in a cognitive theoretical perspective. I am part of a Hungarian research group whose aim is to promote cognitive poetics in the professional environment. I have written a number of professional articles in Hungarian that are not registered in Cristin. Here is the link to my publications.
