From 2027, the A. Wilhelmsen Foundation supports international students at NTNU - Norwegian University of Science and Technology Department of Marine Technology (NTNU IMT) by a generous scholarship programme. 

Five of the applicants to the MSN1 study programme outside of Europe may receive 100.000 NOK per year in financial support.

The objective of The A. Wilhelmsen Foundation scholarship is to contribute to the financing of education in Norway for international students.

To be eligible for this scholarship, the candidate must apply for admission to, and be accepted in, the international Master’s in Marine Technology study programme at NTNU IMT.

Please note that it is not possible to apply for a scholarship directly through the Wilhelmsen Foundation. For more information regarding the donor of this scholarship programme, please visit the A. Wilhelmsen Foundation.

If and when your admission is accepted, we will ask all the candidates from outside of Europe to send us an application letter for a scholarship.
