Summer school topic

The 2026 summer school will explore Collaborative research and Collaborative Ph.D scholarships with a particular emphasis on managing academic collaborations in the Ph.D  work process. The course provides 5 ECTS credits and has been developed especially for this summer school. Collaborative research isn’t just a buzzword. Done well, it can help your work achieve a far greater impact than you’d have managed on your own. Participants will engage in discussions and activities covering the planning and conducting research, research cooperation and network, as well as co-production, co-writing, and co-creation within academic environments. The program also highlights the development of academic expertise through collaborative processes. A central theme is the examination of “coprocesses” and their connection to collaboration, approached from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives. By fostering a deeper understanding of collaborative practices, the summer school aims to equip participants with the skills and insights necessary to maximize the impact of their academic work.
