About the course
Course content
Human Resource Management (HRM) is at the centre of management education, addressing multiple aspects of the sustainable use of human resources. It covers the ways in which organisations can make use of employees' abilities, skills and competencies. It also describes how organisations can facilitate learning, knowledge sharing, motivation, good working conditions and job satisfaction. Insight into HRM can create good conditions for profitability, productivity and well-being, which meet the UN's sustainability goals, in all types of organisations.
