About the course
Course content
The course contains an introduction into signal analyses with Matlab in human movement science. After a general introduction, students will formulate and produce a program in Matlab in order to analyse signals to be applied in the investigation of human movement. The course may be used as a part of the methodological training.
Learning outcome
The aim of the course is to gain knowledge about and practical experience in the use of Matlab in order to analyse signals in the investigation of human movement.
Learning methods and activities
Up to 5 hours supervision. The course can be taught in English if requested.
Compulsory assignments
- Approved proposal of programming assignment
Required previous knowledge
Masters degree in Human Movement Science or equivalent. The course is normally reserved for students enrolled in the PhD Programme in Health Sciences.
