Course content

The course offers training in developing a project description and in giving oral and written presentations of specialized academic material.

According to the course curriculum, a candidate who passes this course is expected to have the following learning outcome (defined as knowledge and skills):

Knowledge:

The candidate has attained

  • Knowledge of writing project descriptions.
  • Knowledge concerning dissemination of master projects

Skills:

The candidate has

  • Ability to write a clear, lucid project description and to present it for discussion orally
  • Ability to give oral and written presentations of specialized academic material in front of co-students and professors
  • Ability to give and take criticism and comments constructively

Learning methods and activities

Seminars, self-study, oral presentation, and commenting on the work of others.

  • Work: project description for MA thesis (4000-6000 words) (counting 100% of grade)
