Course content

The course will have a short theoretical introduction to psychosomatics and health psychology. Through theories and practical research, the course will aim at giving a basic understanding of how knowledge about how mind and body plays together, offers a complete understanding of health development and health problems and diseases. Most of the lectures and teaching will be examples from research on the area.

Learning outcome

The students will get a basic introduction to psychosomatic and health psychological theories and research.
