Apply methods and models to document the quality of buildings,

Design and Project simple buildings in accordance with current regulations,

Perform simple condition assessments using field measurement equipment.

Design and Project simple building constructions with given computer tools,

Dimensioning simple structural components in accordance with current standards.

The candidate should be able to present his/her results and analyzes both written and oral,

Learning methods and activities

Pedagogiske metoder:

Lectures and exercises. Solve building projects manually and by using computer tools, and present them written and oral. Practical exercises in the laboratory. Visit to construction site.

Information of mandatory assignments/exercises, deadlines and requirements will be announced at the beginning of the semester.
