Project phases:
analysis, formulation of goals
conceptual design and problem solving

Planning and monitoring
Time, activity and resource planning
Methods of control and monitoring

Learning outcome

Students should after completing the course:
- Have knowledge of basic elements of project management and project finance
- Be able to plan, organize and implement projects
- Have a general knowledge in techniques for managing projects
