Course content

The course covers elementary aspects of art description, analysis and interpretation of art objects.

Learning outcome

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have basic knowledge on comprehension, understanding and interpretation of art and architecture.

Lectures and/or tutorials.

The final assessment is based on a 4-hour written examination graded from A-F.

Students are required to stay updated on any information given by the department or course director through It's learning, Innsida, or on the departmental bulletin boards.

This course is taught in Norwegian only.
