The topic is to be developed in cooperation with the firm, the student group and supervisor. The residency is more of a research oriented than a practical insight into tasks and processes. Students are not primarily to take part in every day routines in the residence firm, but rather be given the possibility of observing and participating in a few of the processes that are of importance to the work students are to carry out for the firm. The research results are to be offered to the firm by the report the students have produced.
