Course content
Advanced topics in ICT used within industrial applications and systems
Learning outcome
Knowledge on selected research topics in ICT used industrially. Skills in analysis on selected research topics in ICT. General competence in ICT-systems research.
Learning methods and activities
Lectures, self-study and colloquia depending on number of students.
Further on evaluation
Works to be delivered will be specified at the beginning of the semester. To pass the course at least a score of 70% is required. If re-take of the course, all works must be done again.
Recommended previous knowledge
Knowledge equivalent to the courses TPK4125 and TPK4128
Required previous knowledge
All students taking this course must be enrolled in a PhD program at NTNU or a different university.
General ICT-competency. Basic practical skills in at least one programming language, basic knowledge about computers, operating-systems and communications technology.
