Knowledge

  • has broad knowledge of the comprehensive educational pathway from lower secondary school to completion of vocational training (grades 8-13)
  • has broad knowledge of vocational training in lower secondary school, upper secondary school, training offices, training companies and other relevant enterprises
  • has knowledge of vocational education and training in a historical and cultural perspective
  • has broad knowledge of the school's mandate, the values of the training, current curricula in the subjects/educational programmes and other applicable governing documents that are of importance for vocational education and training

Skills

Further on evaluation

Evaluation of the compulsory assignments "Courseworks for guideance" and final evaluation of the assessment part "Courseworks" takes place in the second semester. The exam must be written in Norwegian, Danish or Swedish. For a detailed description of the course assessment, please see the study and teaching plan, along with own document regarding the R&D work.

A candidate who has not passed the course due to failing one of the components of assessment only needs to retake the failing component. In the event of a failure of the "Courseworks" evaluation, this can be delivered as a rectified version on more time. The same applies to a retake of a passed assessment. A candidate who has completed all parts of the assessment may file a complaint related to one of the components. The candidate may appeal when the final grade is made available.
