Know of business strategy in a historical perspective

Have deep knowledge of main theories and analyzes in business strategy

Have broad knowledge about challenges and methods for strategy development in different kinds of industries

Have broad knowledge of the relations between sustainability, innovation and strategy

Have deep knowledge about business strategy's close relation to other management subjects

Skills

Lectures, group works, exercises, tutoring and mandatory assignments.
The course may be held in Norwegian and/or English.

Obligatoriske arbeidskrav:

Two compulsory group exercises, including compulsory presentations and attendance.
Both compulsory exercises, presentations and attendances have to be approved before the student can meet for examination.
