Course content
Social media, Computer supported cooperative Work (CSCW), support for cooperation among mobile users, design and evaluation of cooperative technologies.
Learning outcome
The course aims at giving students a basic knowledge of social media and computer supported cooperative work (CSCW). This knowledge will allow students to compare and choose different solutions for supporting social interaction and cooperative work as well as to design new technologies. Students will also improve their cooperation skills in computer mediated situations.
Learning methods and activities
The course is a combination of lectures and project work. The students will have to complete an individual task (counting 50% of the final evaluation) and a group project (counting 50% of the final evaluation). Both individual parts must be delivered and passed to pass the course.
Further on evaluation
Retake of the course will require new participation/deliverables in all activities.

IT3402 Design of graphical user interfaces (or contact the teacher).
