Skills: Ability to understand advanced research literature and apply it in project research and report writing. General competence: Ability to reflect over the subject in relation to the student's master work and in a broader societal context.

Learning methods and activities

The course is a combination of two electable modules with separate teaching. The modules are in principle self-tuition, maybe with some lectures or mandatory practice. Some modules will have oral exams and others will have graded assignments.

Further on evaluation

Students have to pass both theoretical modules in order to pass the course. Retake of the exam in August for one or both modules that fail.

If the grade is "Fail" after the re-sit exam, or the student wish to improve the grade, the whole course has to be done.
