About the course

Course content

The course will give a fundamental introduction to selected fields in physiology and pathophysiology. In addition there will be given an introduction to the use of medical technology in diagnostics and treatment. Finally, there will be an introduction to the scientific methods that are specific to medicine: Epidemiology, clinical studies and evaluation og diagnostic methods. Learning outcome

The topic is planned as a contrast topic for science, technology and engineering science, and may serve as an introduction to later work in the field of medical technology.
