The UN High-Level Week: Jameel Arts & Health Lab and the World Health Organization (WHO) launched a new Lancet series on the role of art in health. At the Guggenheim Museum, NTNU professor Michael Duch performed a commissioned composition by Michael Pisaro-Liu.
William Bentsen won the art prize for the work Dåre, a conceptual cured leg of lamb made from Fauske marble. Bentsen was also awarded the Trøndelag Exhibition's debutant prize.
The aim is to stimulate artistic development work of high international quality.
NTNU is working to promote a strong cultural life in Trondheim and is collaborating with several local organizations.
