The conference will take place at Scandic Hotel Nidelven in the center of Trondheim. Trondheim is the 3^rd largest city of Norway with around 210 000 inhabitants. The city has been founded in 997 as Viking trading post. It has since then developed into a vibrant university town recognized by the New York Times as a Scandinavian creative hub with theaters, concert halls, museums, Michelin star restaurants and attractive opportunities for many different indoor and outdoor activities. It also hosts frequently international sports events such as the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in 2025, world championships in men´s and women´s handball, the UEFA super cup or the UCI World tour race Arctic race of Norway.
