Processing of Personal Data for Conference Registration

NTNU Conferences follows rules and guidelines set out in the Personal Data Act.

Data Processor Agreement

NTNU Conferences has a data processor agreement with the system provider (Centium). We also enter into data processor agreements with clients if desired.

Systems and Storage

Our registration system is GDPR-compliant, and we use consent-based data storage. The registration form always contains information about privacy. Data is stored in the EU/EEA region.Deletion

Personal data is stored until the conference accounts have been finalized, usually 1 year. After this, personal data is deleted.

The full privacy statement for conference registration is included in the registration form for each individual event.
