Background and activities
My Ph.D. research is mainly focused on the quality assessment of immersive media. I specifically work on peripheral contrast sensitivity function and its applications in optimizing foveated rendering and compression algorithms. I hold a master's degree in color science, and my research interests include spatial vision, image/video quality assessment, and psychophysics.
